.Oxfordshire Skills for Health began in the Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals NHS Trust, a four-site teaching Trust associated with Oxford University and Oxford Brookes University .

The trust’s 10,000 staff come from all over the world and while most are employed directly by the NHS or by one of the universities, a significant proportion of the ancillary staff work for the facilities contractors, ISS Mediclean and Compass Medirest.
